Consult your user manual or reach out to Plantronics customer support for specific instructions. If you’re using a Plantronics headset with another type of device, the process may vary slightly. Once you’ve done that, your headset will be paired with your computer. Once it’s plugged in, open up the Bluetooth settings on your computer and look for “Plantronics.” Click on that option and then click “Pair.” You may need to enter a PIN code if so, just enter 0000. Start by plugging the adapter into the base of your headset and then into your computer. If you’re using a Plantronics headset with a computer/Laptop, the process is similar.
